Message	does. It includes the sensor, the guage made specifically for the sensor and calibrated . The warning circuitry which warns you if you hit a specified level. Try to make your own and you will spend a lot more that $190. I know , because I was going to do that, it wasn't worth it and it would have cost me a butt load.
